Russell Fitzpatrick is an internationally experienced senior manager, having been appointed to the Boards of 4 Unilever plc companies. Currently CEO InDeed Strategy into Action Consultancy. Prior to this, was Managing Director of Bic UK, with responsibilities extending to Chairmanship of Ireland, Scandinavia and General Manager of Sheaffer Europe. Previously held a Board position with an international Management Consultancy. Experienced in General Management, Consumer/Customer and Trade Marketing from the perspective of international blue chip manufacturers, retailers and from within an international management consultancy firm. Johann WoelferJohann Woelfer is a globally experienced Senior Manager who is currently Strategy Director InDeed Strategy into Action Consultancy. Prior to this was Senior Vice President Operations for Central Asia, Middle East and North African Business Group for Unilever Plc, based in London. Previously was Chairman Unilever Sri Lanka and Ghana, Managing Direcor Lipton Zaire and Marketing and Sales Director Home and Personal Care in Zaire, after working as National Sales Co-ordinator and Sales Director in Austria for Unilever. Georg Gruber is a highly experienced senior manager with international strategy development experience across diverse geographies and markets. Georg is currently Managing Director InDeed Strategy into Action Consultancy Europe.  Prior to this worked for Cadbury Schweppes Plc on the South Africa corporate strategy team. Previously Cadbury Schweppes Plc Sugar Confectionery Business Director based in South Africa, Licencing and Strategy Director in the Americas, Marketing Manager in Portugal and European Innovation Manager in the United Kingdom. Paul Fray is an experienced senior international manager with knowledge of corporate, private equity and franchise environments in a broad range of geographies and markets. Alberto Sánchez-Sendarrubias is an internationally experienced senior manager, currently Managing Director InDeed Strategy into Action Spain. Prior to this, Alberto worked over 17 years  for CPG giant Nestle holding several commercial roles in Spain such as: Trade Marketing Manager, National Sales Manager and Commercial Director for Water business and managing corporate consulting practice across Europe and Latin-America. Sanelisiwe Mdlalose is a Principal Consultant at InDeed Strategy into Action Consultancy. Prior to working at InDeed Sane worked for several leading commerical companies including Coca Cola, Unilever, Danone and Tiger Brands. Sane has gained excellent insight into channel strategy work across brand portfolios, and has managed channel budget and profitability. Christine Douglas is a commercially creative strategist with extensive experience in developing ‘go to market’ propositions across diverse categories and global regions. Khanya Motshabi is a highly experienced financial services senior manager with a career spanning fifteen years across life assurance, funds management, private equity and empowerment finance. Currently Principal Consultant InDeed Strategy into Action Consultancy. Has been CEO of the National Empowerment Fund and Future Growth, Leader of the 1997 business performance improvement project of Southern Life. Previously was an Assistant General Manager and a Senior Legal Advisor in that company. His commercial career is preceded by a limited period of law practice, and a six year period as Faculty at the Universities of the North West, the Witwatersrand and Cape Town.
